Additionally, we will review your bloodwork results, current diet and exercise routine, as well as other areas that may need additional guidance (e.g., sleep, stress, overall health).
After our consultation, I will create a personalized mean plan with foods that are specifically tailored to your individual goals. These meal plans will be delivered to you on a weekly basis, ensuring a new and exciting week of healthy eating!
