TikTok Baked Oats Recipes

Baked oats have become one of the most popular breakfast items on the internet, TikTok specifically. I will say, I am a fan of the baked oats! There are so many different varieties you can make, different add-ins based on preferences, and I think it’s great. You can add protein powder or egg for extra protein, chia seeds or other seeds for extra fiber and healthy fats, and so many different varieties based on fruit to get your micronutrients in. I have listed some of my favorite baked oats recipes down below and would love for you to try them!
