Dr. Priya Khorana completed her Doctorate (and a Masters degree) in Nutrition Education from Ivy League institute, Columbia University in NYC. Dr. Priya also holds a second Masters degree in Sports Medicine from the University of Pittsburgh, USA. She completed her Bachelors of Health and Exercise Science from the University of New South Wales, Sydney Australia and is also an ACSM accredited Exercise Physiologist.
Dr. Priya specializes in Fitness and Nutrition Education. She has worked with diverse populations and her expertise ranges from weight loss/gain, chronic disease management (diabetes, heart disease, cholesterol, triglycerides), digestive issues (gut health) and sport/exercise-specific nutrition education.
The key to Dr. Khorana’s approach is to bring hope and a desire to better oneself; changing old patterns and breaking unhealthy habits encouraging a lifestyle change. She offers personalized diet advice based on your goals and needs, and encourages encompassing a well-rounded lifestyle change which also includes exercise. Her philosophy is to work with her clients and provide personalized and customized nutrition services to help her clients meet their goals. She is passionate about making sure her clients build and develop healthy eating habits

I provide evidence-based information, as well as continual support, to help each of my clients meet their personal goals. The journey they embark on with me includes education, commitment and most importantly accountability. I am the founder CEO of Lifestyle Nutrition Consulting co., ltd and I offer nutrition consults, meal plans as well as combined exercise and meal plan packages. I truly believe in an “everything in moderation” approach and encourage clients to ditch the diet mentality and enjoy real, whole foods. I have always tried to have this healthy relationship with food, which has allowed me to be successful in helping others integrate this way of eating into their lives, to achieve health or weight loss goals, without feeling they are following a regimented plan. I encourage folks to cook as much as they can, choose ingredients that are healthy and nourishing, easily available but do not have to be pricey. Most importantly I understand a weight journey is not an easy process and for this reason my programs provide you with the direction and emotional support you need to develop new habits and finally make the positive change your body needs.
